Returns & Refunds

At Sunwise®, all products are manufactured using quality materials to high standards, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Sunwise® online store, we are happy to offer a straightforward returns process. In this section, the term “Customer” refers to the buyer and “Goods” refers to the product(s) supplied.

Returns Policy

We operate a no-quibble returns policy for all standard stock items purchased directly from the Sunwise® online store.

 - Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt

 - Items must be unused, undamaged, and in as-new condition

 - Goods should be returned in their original packaging, where possible

 - Please include the original invoice or delivery note, or a copy

For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the safe return of the goods.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the price paid for the Goods:

 - Refunds are made to the original method of payment

 - Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receipt

 - Delivery charges (including special or international delivery) are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your Goods arrive:

 - Damaged

 - Defective

 - Incorrect

Please contact the Sunwise® Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

If the outer packaging is clearly damaged on delivery, we recommend not accepting the parcel from the courier, where possible.

How to Return Your Items

 1. Ensure the Goods meet the returns conditions outlined above

 2. Package items securely for return

 3. Include your order number inside the parcel

 4. Use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of postage

Sunwise® cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
